Hi! My name is Jarek and I’m building AEON // NEON — an enterprise-grade platform for managing and controlling autonomous intelligence (AI Agentic Governance).

The project addresses a critical problem every large company faces: how to let AI agents actually act, integrate, and execute code without losing control over security, cost, and permissions (our market vision is AEGIS).

Business made it clear: it’s time to form the Core Team and close a working MVP — because business is a team sport. We’re looking for co-founders (Tri-City / hybrid / remote) to join the crew.

🛠️ What will you do here? (Literally everything — it’s a proving ground)

There’s no boredom and no rigid silo split. Joining the Core Team means real influence and growth across all of these areas:

• Frontend: React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and React Flow (visualization of agents’ dynamic thought graphs).
• Backend & AI: ASP.NET Core 9, clean C# (we’re dropping the Python tax!), native Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation, plus MassTransit + RabbitMQ (event-driven architecture).
• DevOps & Infra: building CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Podman / .NET Aspire AppHost), and ultimately deploying K3s (Kubernetes) clusters and managing hardware-isolated microVMs (Firecracker).
